Booking
Reservations are mandatory for all services. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are accepted but may be subject to availability.
Press-Ons
Our press-on collection is curated for high-end aesthetics. We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrectly applied press-ons. Please ensure your nails are clean and dry before application.
Salon Policies
Cancellations
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a partial fee being charged.
Maintenance
To ensure safety to other clients and cleanliness to our salon, we will not serve customers with any infections, or diseases upon their nails. (Please refer to your GP) Clients with any contagious skin conditions or illness will be denied entry to the salon.
